Nancy MAES is a lawyer registered with the Dutch Bar Association of the Brussels Bar.
In her more than 20-year career, she has conducted numerous proceedings in the traditional courts, and experienced that conflict situations, opposing interests or other sensitive issues provide opportunities that can be tackled in a creative manner.
Nancy is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters, listed by the Federal Mediation Commission since 27 October 2020. She is also registered on the list of binding third-party deciders established by the Council of the Dutch Bar Association of the Brussels Bar.
The MAD-MAKE A DEAL project seeks to highlight the benefits of alternative conflict resolution through mediation, create links to contract negotiation and support creation and offer its services as an accredited mediator.
Through the network she has been steadily building since 1993, she is also happy to put you in touch with fellow mediators and other professional colleagues.
